Absolutely off the hook fishing. Was fishing 240 line and couldn't keep kings off chem light. Fish are also in super close like 60 ft of water. Fishermen are using Willie Pete and also ambush. 8/7/26

Resident Coho are here. Chem Light, , WILLIE PETE, and Claymore have been the go-to lures. Sea run Coho show up mid aug. I would be running Household 6, Chem light, MSR Tampa, Willie Pete, MK19, 0 Hour these are some top hitting Coho colors.. 8/11/26

KINGS ARE CLOSING

BIg bite today off the clay banks. Using Dress Greens and Down range along with Herring aid spoons.

Kings are in; best is an early morning bite or an evening. Troll off the clay banks, 3 Tree point and Dolphin Point. Best results: Chem Light, Green Duece 1/2, 5X5, M4, M9, Dress greens, and Pound Cake. Also, 5-inch plugs, green spatterback, dated 8/11/26

Kings are in; troll shallow and find the schools. Use skinny mini with micro flies I sell. Also use green spoons. Look around Bald Point or the hatchery channel. I received several reports that boats have limited out with 4 fish per person.

Coho are in look for the drop offs like are eagle creek. Using Willie Pete with Scentrax scents

Hit the Kings in the morning, Several areas hold fish like the mouth of Nisqually, Johnson Point, and an overlooked area south of Ketron Island along the shore line trolling with the tide towards Nisqually. Use MSR Tampa, Fish trap, Snow Birb.. Coho should show up the end of Aug. Chem light is a go to lure.
